For our entity in Olesno we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Process Engineer / Inżynier Procesu Galwanizacji

Responsibilities in this role:

• Active participation in the planning, implementation and launch of new products in the chrome plating area
• Optimization of the existing electroplating process in terms of its efficiency, productivity and quality, including improvement of one's knowledge in the field of electroplating technology
• Active cooperation with chemical laboratory (post-production effluent analysis) and metallographic laboratory
• Supervision of process baths according to technological instructions
• Organizing and conducting technological trials
• Optimizing of workstations according to the 6S concept
• Creating and supervision of technical and process documentation and workstation instructions
• Responsibility for continuous improvement of electroplating process according to the Lean Manufacturing philosophy by proposing and implementing technical or organizational innovations
• Monitoring of key indicators of production processes
• Supporting the development of technical competencies among production associates
• Cooperation with international team
• Active participation in developing proposals for investment projects
• Supervising the correctness of performance standards for existing and new products
• Analyzing inconsistencies in the process and monitoring quality indicators for compliance with established standards for given products - supervising the quality of the technological process
• Optimization of the material flow process

The ideal candidate would have:

• Knowledge of galvanic processes
• Basic education: University degree on faculty of chemistry
• Language skills: English (communicative)
• Experience of using quality tools and technical documentations
• Lean management knowledge will be an advantage
