Oras Group Shared Service Center (SSC) in Wrocław is looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Business Analyst
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting Costs Centers/Profit centers responsible individuals with ongoing analyses.
- Delivering group management reports, capex report and other ad hoc reports.
- Business review templates preparation.
- Data Interpretation and analysis aiming at finding dependencies and deviations on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Calculation of personnel related accruals during Month End Closing.
- Customer bonus management activities - bonus calculation, credit notes issuing, sending bonus letters and credit notes to customers.
- Updating the bonus customer management system.
- Supporting Finance manager/Group Business Controller and Group Finance Team with various activities.
- Supporting preparation of group financial reports, group income statement, cost center and sales profit center cost calculation and planning.
- Supporting local business and sales controllers by taking responsibility for specific identified issues.
- Business review templates preparation.
- Attentively interpret & analyze data aiming at finding dependencies and deviations on monthly and quarterly basis.
Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
- German and English language – communicative level in speaking and writing is a must
- Financial background
- 3-5 years of experience as a controller or analyst
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting
- relevant IT skills (ERP system knowledge)
- Communication and collaboration skills - essential
- Strong analytical skills and ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making
- Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
