Oras Group Shared Service Center (SSC) in Wrocław is looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Accountant AP with German
Your responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices (PO & non-PO) ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, including tax rules and guidance (mainly German, Austrian & Polish market, other markets if needed)
- Validate T&E claims in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide internal trainings of T&E system (if needed)
- Clarify the open items and inconsistencies in cooperation with the specialist departments
- Support internal and external vendor queries
- Create and maintain supplier master data
- Prepare standing orders for payment (based on agreements)
- Prepare of payments (as a backup for treasury accountant)
- Prepare reports (Z4, Z5a2, leasing reports, etc.)
- Participate in month-end-closing procedures
- Act in accordance to accounting principles, group accounting standards and internal controls compliance
- Support for internal and external audit
- Seek for possible improvements and standardization
- Support effective business relations with stakeholders, partners and peers.
Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
- Higher education, preferably in Accounting/Finance
- Relevant experience in AP (experience in SSC would be an advantage)
- English and German language skills level B2 is a must
- Understanding of finance processes and standard
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with complex issue
- Willingness to learn.
