Logistic Process Engineer (Internal)

We are seeking a Logistics Process Engineer to join our production engineering team at the Olesno location. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing and implementing logistics processes, ensuring the smooth flow of materials within our production environment.
Logistic Process Engineer (Internal)
Your tasks:
- Design, implement, and improve internal logistics processes
- Plan, analyze, and optimize the flow of production and warehouse materials using Lean Management principles
- Coordinate material flow between production and warehouse
- Lead projects and introduce new solutions in logistics processes
- Develop, analyze, and optimize logistics procedures
- Create and maintain documentation for logistics processes, systems, and workflows
- Measure, report, and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics activities
- Implement and maintain Kanban systems
Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Technical University)
- Language skills: English (communicative)
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics (material flow) within a manufacturing environment in a similar role
- Experience using quality tools and managing technical documentation
- Experience with tool management and Lean Management in internal logistics
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and systematically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
