Trade Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)

Basic Information

• Location: Solna, Sweden
• Remote working: Flexible hybrid model
• Traveling required: Some travel to trade partners and fair visits within Sweden, Denmark and team meetings within Europe
  
  

Responsibilities and Main Tasks

• Working closely with our global marketing and sales team, you will orchestrate targeted marketing initiatives including all online and offline customer touch points within our trade partners’ peripherals in the Swedish and Danish market
• Working closely with our sales team to support sell-ins with campaign-related marketing initiatives including all online and offline B2B and B2C customer touch points
• Executing trade marketing activities with wholesalers and chains (B2B and B2C) through close cooperation with their marketing teams, in order to maximize ROI and ROAS of our trade marketing spends
• Planning and implementing local trade activities in trade media, in-store POS activations as well as 360 digital campaigns
• Deployment of marketing campaigns in digital channels to lead traffic to the trade partner’s online shop and generate conversions into sales

Communication and Contacts

In this role, you will report to Maren Anna Preiser, Trade Marketing Manager, and be part of a team consisting of other Trade Marketing Specialists with different country responsibilities within Europe. Other important internal stakeholders include the overall marketing team, sales organization, purchasing team and product & category management. External stakeholders consist of trade partner’s sales and marketing teams, as well as external agencies.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• +2 years of experience in omnichannel retail/trade marketing or sales
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in communications/marketing/business studies/comparable studies
• Experienced in creating POS solutions and materials as a plus
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English, desirable Danish
• Experience in working with cross functional teams & team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Effective communicator (oral and in writing) and strong relationship-building skills
• Structured, ability to plan, manage and execute projects
• Ability to build trust with trade partners as well as internal teams – strong empathy, clear expectations and fair-minded
