We are looking for a Technical Specialist to join our team!

If you have solid expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem and enjoy working on diverse IT infrastructure tasks, this role is for you. Your focus will be providing on-site support and maintaining and developing Microsoft-based solutions. This is a fixed-term position for approximately one year. The primary location for this position is Rauma.

Your responsibilities include

• Providing on-site support and technical assistance to users

• Managing and developing the Microsoft 365 environment

• Device and application management using Microsoft Intune

• Managing printing solutions across office and factory environments

• Collaborating with the IT team to resolve issues and improve processes

What we expect from you

We are looking for someone with experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows and Microsoft 365. You should have a basic understanding of workstation and mobile device management and IT security, combined with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. The ability to work independently and maintain a solution-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role.

It would be an advantage if you are familiar with Microsoft Intune and modern device management practices, have experience with Microsoft Cloud services such as Azure and M365, or possess basic scripting skills in PowerShell.
