Shared Service Center in Wrocław is looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Specialist, Customer Service (Front Desk)
Your main areas of responsibility will include:
- acting as the first point of contact to the Oras Group customers in Germany (wholesalers, plumbers, architects, planners and end users) and Oras Group salesforce in Germany via phone
- receiving and processing of customers inquiries (phone calls, emails), delivering high-quality service
- ensuring customers inquiries are answered and requirements are properly documented and communicated regarding the orders and logistics
- providing problem resolution in accordance with the organization's service standards
- liaising with internal stakeholders like demand, planning and logistics and reinforcing agreed upon lead-times with customers and business unit
- liaising where necessary with sales, finance, technical department and production in an effort to solve customers’ issues
- providing technical and product consulting for customers
- active support of the customer service back office processes (orders, claims)
Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
- willingness to provide excellent customer service
- strong verbal communication slkills
- German skills min. B2 level
- Communicative English min. level B1/B2
- knowledge of MS Office
- previous experience in front office services would be an asset
- open and friendly attitude towards teammates and others
