We are looking for a Customer Service, Specialist (Master Data/ Back Office) to join our team at Service Shared Centre in Wrocław.
In Sales Department we are mostly focused on B2B business. Our goods are distributed from Australia through Middle East to Canada. Main markets are located in Germany and in Scandinavian market, where Oras and Hansa brand are very known and popular. Customer Service Team in SSC Wrocław belongs in the organizational structure to Sales Department in Germany.
Your main areas of responsibility will include:
- acting as the point of contact to the Oras Group customers in Germany (wholesalers, plumbers, architects, planners and end users) and Oras Group salesforce in Germany via different communication channels;
- receiving, preprocessing and verifying the accuracy of orders from customers and ensuring customers’ needs are met;
- liaising with internal stakeholders like demand, planning and logistics and reinforcing agreed upon lead-times with customers and business unit;
- handling customer complaints/claims and other issues (customer interactions, sales policies, order fulfillment) affecting customer orders, liaising where necessary with sales, finance and production in an effort to solve order issues;
- ensuring customer inquiries are answered and requirements are properly documented and communicated regarding the orders and logistics;
- providing problem resolution in accordance with the organization's service standards;
- providing customer data management support;
- responsibility for efficient and reliable product pricing, master data maintenance;
- preparing of sales reports distribution;
- coordinating the distribution of price books and brochure.
Your profile:
- willingness to provide excellent customer service;
- accuracy and attention to detail;
- knowledge of MS Office especially intermediate Excel skills;
- German language skills min. B1;
- communicative English skills min. B1/B2;
- minimum 1 year of professional experience;
- Data Management - related experience would be an asset
- open and friendly attitude towards teammates and others
